Privacy Policy

Last updated April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data DigitalMove ("we", "us") collects when you visit digitalmove.io, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We aim for plain language; lawyers can ask for the formal version.

Who we are

DigitalMove is a digital studio operating from Cyprus. The data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is DigitalMove. You can reach our privacy contact at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact form, request an AI Audit, or request a Social Audit, we collect the email address you provide and any details you include in the message or in the website / handle you ask us to analyse.
  • Information collected automatically — basic, anonymised page-view data (the page you viewed, the referring page, the device type and browser, an SHA-256 hashed form of your IP address, the timestamp). This data is aggregate and does not identify you personally.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — only after you accept them. See our Cookie Policy for the categories and what each one does.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry, deliver the audit you requested, and follow up on it.
  • To run and improve the site (performance, security, debugging).
  • To understand which pages and content resonate, in aggregate.
  • If you have given marketing consent, to measure advertising and reach similar audiences.

Legal bases

We rely on the following GDPR legal bases: your consent (cookies and marketing), contract (when we are delivering an audit or quote you asked for), and legitimate interest (running and securing the site, anonymous aggregate analytics).

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions and audit requests: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Anonymous page-view data: up to 24 months in raw form, indefinitely in aggregate.
  • Cookie consent records: up to 6 months, after which we ask you again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, under contract and only for that purpose:

  • Google Workspace ([email protected] email and outbound SMTP).
  • Anthropic (the AI Audit and live chat features call the Claude API; the content you submit for an audit is processed by Anthropic to generate the analysis).
  • Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, security).
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — only if you accept the relevant cookie categories.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of the page.
