Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or tools to:
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to overload, probe, or interfere with the site.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from the site or its outputs.
- Use the audits to evaluate a website or social account on someone else's behalf without their authorisation.
Audits and AI outputs
The AI Audit and Social Audit produce a report generated by an AI model. The model can be wrong, miss context, or produce statements that read like advice but are not. You are responsible for evaluating the output before acting on it. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the analysis. The audits are provided "as is", and our liability for their use is limited to the maximum extent allowed by Cyprus law.
Intellectual property
The DigitalMove name, logo, copy, design, code, and content are owned by DigitalMove and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, host copies, or train models on the content without written permission.
The audit reports are yours to use within your own business. The underlying templates, prompts, and brand are not.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By submitting the contact form or an audit request you accept that policy.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services (Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Meta). Their terms apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site is limited to one hundred euro (€100), or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to bring an action in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or the law change. Continued use of the site after a material update means you accept the new version.
